Child safety gate on the stairs (down and up). Spacious courtyard with children's play areas. At the end of the house large and comfortable patio area with gas grill and campfire place. In the yard there is a fish cleaning Place. Note! Maximum amount of persons is 13 persons. Owner does not allow extra customers. Modern stylish 2-storey house in Kustavi's Takviikki in a quiet little residential area. Outboard motor (4 hp) on rent from owner. Rent of outboard motor euro 40/week and euro 25/weekend (client brings fuel) . Both equipments upon request from owner in advance. The beach is down the road about 200 m. The area is known for great fishing possibilities. Fishing guide-, taxiboat - and catering services available nearby. The owner will instruct (see www.visitkustavi.fi). WIFI.
